30-Night In-Home Trial
Choosing a mattress is one of the most important decisions you can make. We want to help make sure the decision you make is the right one. So we invite you to test a mattress in the best place possible: the comfort of your own home. When you purchase a Sleep Number Bed by Select Comfort™, you'll have 30 nights to make sure that you're 100% comfortable. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we'll authorize an exchange or return of your mattress.* All you are responsible for are the return shipping costs. After all, sleep is one thing you should never have to compromise.

What happens after 30 nights? We stay right by your side. Every Sleep Number® bed comes with an astounding 20-Year Limited Warranty—one of the longest warranties in the industry. It's a reflection of our commitment to unwavering quality and product integrity. We never want you to have a bad night's sleep again. So we try to ensure that the Sleep Number bed could be the last bed you'll ever need to purchase.

Beds Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you are completely satisfied with your Sleep Number® bed, but if you decide to exchange or return the bed during the In-Home Trial, call Customer Service at 1-888-580-9237 before packing your bed. You may exchange your mattress or foundation one time within the 30-Night In-Home Trial period*. Exchanges between sizes and models (i.e. from Queen to King or from a Sleep Number 4000 bed to a Sleep Number 5000 bed) will be processed as whole bed exchanges. You will be responsible for any difference in price as well as shipping charges of the initial bed back to Select Comfort.

All merchandise being returned must be in good condition and be given a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number from Customer Service, which will expire 30 days from date of issue. The RMA must be included with all products returned in order to track your return and promptly process your credit. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within approximately 15 business days after all products have been received at Select Comfort. All shipping and incidental charges to return the bed are the customer's responsibility. Comfort ServiceSM delivery fees or freight will not be refunded.

The Select Comfort representative can also provide valuable tips on how to efficiently pack the bed and suggest a shipping carrier to minimize your expense.

Defective or Damaged Components
Any item that is defective at time of arrival, or is found to be defective within the trial period, will be replaced at no cost to you. The shipping charges to replace the defective product will be incurred by Select Comfort.

If a component is found to be defective after the trial period, the replacement part is covered under the terms of the warranty. You will be responsible for any related costs and the cost of shipping the defective component back to Select Comfort. Call Customer Service at 1-888-580-9237 for troubleshooting assistance and if you need to process the replacement order.

We recognize that components may break, become soiled or unusable and may not be covered under the warranty. As long as you own our bed and can provide proof of purchase, you can purchase replacement components. All component sales are final and carry a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the purchase date. Product discounts and accessory promotions do not apply to components. Call Customer Service at 1-888-580-9237 for current pricing and to process the component purchase.

Accessories 30-Day Exchange Policy
Choosing bed accessories to provide Personalized Comfort from Head to ToeSM is just as important as selecting your bed. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your pillow, mattress pad or other bedding accessory purchase, we will authorize a one-time exchange for a different product within 30 days of purchase. Exchanged accessories must be unopened, unused, in good condition and original proof of purchase must be presented.

Please call Customer Service at 1-888-580-9237 to request a return. Customer Service will provide you with an RMA number. The RMA must be included with all products returned in order to track your return and promptly process your credit.

Clearance Items
We're sorry there are no returns on Clearance items. All Clearance-labeled items are available while supplies last and are offered online only.

* 30-Night In-Home Trial begins the day your new Sleep Number® bed arrives in your home. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, simply contact our Customer Service team toll-free to arrange for an exchange or return of the product. All you have to do is pay the return shipping costs. There are no returns on the Precision Comfort® Adjustable Foundation and Sleep Number® SofaBed™ system. Comfort Service Home Delivery & Setup fees will not be refunded.
